I have read a storybook “The Boy in Striped Pyjamas". It is a story of wars and deaths. It talk about a war between the Britain and the Jews. The Jews were the slaves of the Britain and the Britain bullied them. The Jews lost their freedom and was ill-treated. A Britain boy, Bruno, followed his family to the site of war. Bruno had no friends there. It is a place of strangers, a place of boredom, and a place with nothing. His parents banned him from leaving the house or even stepping into the backyard. However, he did not followed his father’s command. He insisted leaving the house from the backyard and he entered the place where all the Jews are locked up. He met a new friend who is a Jews. The Jews boy is the same age as him and he lost his father in the crowd. Bruno then decided to help his new friend to find his father and therefore, he changed into the striped pyjamas which all the Jews wore. However, he did not know that his death was arriving. Bruno’s father locked up all the Jews and decided to kill every single one of them, not expecting his son to be in the room as well. In the end, he killed Bruno unknowingly, until he found Bruno’s clothes outside the “jail”. He felt guilt-stricken as he killed his own son.
